Yoga Teacher Training Programs Our most popular program is the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course, which runs on the 5th of every month and starts at 11 AM. This foundational course is designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners who want to deepen their personal practice and become certified yoga teachers. We also offer: • 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training • 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training • Online Yoga Teacher Training (Live + Self-Paced) • Yoga Retreats (5, 7, and 14 Days) • Ayurveda and Wellness Retreats All courses are Yoga Alliance–approved and taught by certified, experienced Indian yoga teachers.
